Shipping Method 

We offer international shipping. Optional logistics (USPS, UPS Ground, DHL) are provided, the default logistics method is USPS/DHL, but you can also choose other logistics methods according to your needs.You can choose the Signature Required service (charged).

Shipping Time 

It usually takes 1~2 working days from your order created to be sent. Orders are shipped and delivery available 7–15 business days after ordering, which depending on the destination. 

Custome, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped with proper customs declarations in accordance with applicable regulations.

KniClad knives are developed, manufactured, and quality-controlled in our own workshop. Our production facility is located in China, where we manage the entire process from material selection and machining to final inspection.

All applicable customs duties, import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs authority. Duty-free thresholds and import requirements are established by your local customs regulations.

Customs authorities may inspect, delay, or hold packages according to local regulations. All duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred on international orders are non-refundable.

Please note that import regulations, sales taxes, and customs duties vary depending on the destination country, and customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and customs-related fees incurred when accepting their order. If these fees are not paid, the package may not be cleared through customs and may be returned or delayed. Any additional costs caused by unpaid customs fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
