Return Policy
1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns. Undamaged products can be returned, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. This excludes corporate purchases or bulk orders, which are not eligible for a refund. ( Note: Orders of 5 or more units of the same product are considered bulk orders. )
Limitations:
This return policy is exclusively applicable to orders placed directly through KniClad.com.
For products purchased via third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Kickstarter) or through KniClad authorized distributors and retailers, please refer to their respective return policies, as this policy does not apply.
Note:
Prior to initiating a formal return request, customers are advised to contact KniClad Customer Service to confirm if a return is the optimal resolution. Please direct inquiries to service@kniclad.com.
2. Return Requirements
The following requirements must be met for a return to be processed:
- Products exhibiting significant wear and tear, damage, or unauthorized modifications may be ineligible for return.
- For returns not resulting from a product quality defect, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For "gift with purchase" or "spend-and-save" promotions, both the main item and the free or discounted item must be returned together. If only the main item is returned, the MSRP of the free or discounted item will be deducted from the refund.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
All items below are non-returnable:
- Products purchased during special promotional sales or clearance events.
- Monogrammed, semi-custom, or fully customized products.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards.
4. Return Procedure
Step 1: Please email our Customer Service team at service@kniclad.com within 15 days of product delivery with your order number and delivery day.
Step 2: Returned products must include all original packaging. This includes all tags, boxes, and protective bags. You need to take videos/photos and send them to us.
Step 3: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with the returns shipping address.
Step 4: Once you have shipped the return package, you can email us the tracking number.
Step 5: After we receive the returned item, we will check it. Provided it meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed. Items received in unsatisfactory condition may be sent back to you. We assume no liability for any products returned to us by mistake.
Note:
When shipping your return, we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance commensurate with the value of the returned item(s). We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.
5. Refund and Shipping Fee
- Return processing and refund issuance may require an additional 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. You will be notified upon completion of the refund.
- For returns not attributable to a product defect or quality issue, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Note that original shipping fees, international duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable.
6.Missing Packages
The shipping carrier's tracking information shows the package as delivered to your specified address. But you do not receive it. In such cases, we recommend that you:
- Check the vicinity of your delivery address and inquire with neighbors.
- Please initiate a trace or investigation with the shipping carrier to verify the package's delivery details.
If the package remains missing after these steps, please email us at service@kniclad.com for further assistance.
7. Receiving Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive a product with a major defect or damage that significantly impairs its functionality, we will offer a replacement or full refund. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us. Please email video/photos evidence of the damage to service@kniclad.com.
If you received an incorrect item or your order is missing components, please contact our support team. We will arrange for shipping the correct product(s) to you.
8. Cancelling Order
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order by emailing your order number to service@kniclad.com.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
